This book combines creative exercises, shared methods, and records of the experiments from the Collective Practices in Queer Design program.

Collaborative methods, exercises in imagination, counter-normative practices. A book that questions the visual and linguistic conventions of Portuguese shaping gender and its dissidences, paving the way to experiment with other possible worlds.

Tipos Estranhos [Strange Types] is the outcome of the project Collective Practices in Queer Design, developed over the course of 2024 through online gatherings and in-person sessions at Publication Studio São Paulo (Parquinho Gráfico) and Ateliê Dragão's space.
